Founded in 1958 by Safwat Ebeid. Located in Nile City - South Tower, one of two iconic towers which are home to major global companies, banks, retail outlets, and embassies, with unparalleled views over the Nile and the neighbouring upscale area of Zamalek adding to the unique appeal of what can be considered the most prestigious business address in town.

One of the leading accounting firms in Egypt (Listed 7th in an official governmental decree in 2005 licensing only 11 firms to issue specific reports).
Member of HLB International, a global network of independent advisory and accounting firms with member firms well-established locally and mostly ranked among the top 12 nationally. Through the power of 29,363 professionals across 158 countries, in 795 offices worldwide, HLB combines local expertise and global capabilities to service clients’ needs. HLB members are locally established with deep roots in their local communities yet are closely connected with professionals from across the world.
Expanded in 2008 by establishing a Joint Stock Company: HLB for Financial Consultancies on Securities, one among few reputable newly established firms having the right to provide financial consultancies for listed companies, as per the 2007 law of the Egyptian Capital Market Authority.
Over 30 partners and professionals are internationally and locally qualified: CPAs, CFAs and registered as Auditors and Accountants in the following Egyptian authorities:
General register of Accountants and Auditors maintained by the ministry of finance
General Auditing Bureau – for auditing governmental bodies and public sector entities
Central Bank of Egypt – for banks audits
Capital Market Authority – for public quoted companies, mutual funds and portfolio management company audits
We adhere to the continuing professional education programs required by the relevant local and international professional bodies. Under these professional programs, each member and staff receives at least 40 hours of professional training each year by attending courses run either on site or specialized courses.
