Mr. Amgad Kamel, CPA, is the managing partner in HLB Egypt, ultimately responsible for the quality of provided services. He has the responsibility of leading and supervising the teams, to ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the firm’s policies and standards. He is a CPA for the state of California. Mr. Kamel has 31 years of experience in public accounting and is the partner in charge of the firm’s tax advisory services and currently provides services to many multinational and local companies operating in a variety of industries. He is also involved in several professional organizations including ESCA and EST. Mr. Kamel is registered with the following professional associations and governmental institutions: General Register of Accountants and Auditors licensed to audit shareholders and LLC companies maintained by the ministry of finance under number 9990, practicing auditor of mutual funds and stock exchange listed corporation at the General Authority of Capital Market under number 196, practicing auditor of banks and financial institutions at the Central Bank of Egypt under number 457 and practicing auditor of governmental bodies and public-sector entities at the Egyptian Central Auditing Bureau under number 1480.
